I started my public speaking platform, End the Stigma, in 2019 at a National Conference for the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America. Now, I have given over 30 presentations to over people in four different states. Working with NoStigmas has provided me with further opportunities to advocate for mental health and work towards ending the stigmas surrounding mental illness. My work with these organizations have sharpened many of my skills, especially organization, passion for work, and mental health advocacy. I am now a student at Stanford University majoring in biology on the neurosciences track. I have a passion for mental health, psychology, and neuroscience.
