I have been providing for the past two years as a registered nurse and five years as a radiologic technologist in the healthcare field. • Throughout my seven years in healthcare, I have demonstrated my strong work ethic, dedication, problem-solving capacity, zeal for learning, reliable leadership, and effective, fruitful communication. These qualities, coupled with my experience and knowledge, give me confidence in my ability to benefit your organization. • During my nursing experience in mental health, I worked in a variety of environments, including the child, adolescent, and adult unit. As a result, I have a diverse understanding of various nursing practices that will allow me to effectively handle and manage a variety of situations that may present themselves within the mental health arena. • While conducting assessments and providing treatment to patients, I am often complimented on my strong interpersonal communication skills in my interactions with patients, family members, and staff. I find effective communication to be an essential component to quality care that I am continuously improving upon to increase my patient services and satisfaction.
