Senior Project/Program Manager looking for a new opportunity to use my skill sets to lead new projects or programs within an organization. Determining project costs, maintaining budgets, working with all teams involved in the project/program to gather requirements. Create charters, project plans, resource matrix, roles and responsibilities matrix, CBA, communication plan, test plans, test scripts, training materials, implementation plans and any other documents needed. Document process changes for departments who don't have any or update any changes that may be required to meet the project/program requirements. Mentor Project Leads and Project Managers on the PMO process that has been established. Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst with a total of 20 years in the IT Industry. Have been successful at running large projects for the business both in the North America and Europe. These projects include ERP implementation for JD Edwards, MSDynamics AX 2012 and some Oracle. I have also implemented a variety of other software packages such as ADP eTIME, Web projects using Sharepoint 2010, UPK (Universal Productivity Kit), HP Quality Center, Vertex Tax software, Atlas just to name a few. I have created testing documentation such as test plans and test scipts both manually and using UPK. I have used HP Quality to manage the testing and defects for those scripts for most of my projects. My goals are to continue using these skills to work with IT and the business to successfully run projects large or small.
