About Connie Chaudhry

I provide confidential counselling, EMDR trauma therapy and counselling supervision from my private practise based in Antrim Town in Northern Ireland. As part of my private practise I also provide EMDR via video link to NHS trusts in England in association with Xyla Digital Therapies. I have completed a BSc Hons. Psychology, a Lvl 4 Dip HE in Counselling, a Level 5 Certificate in Mental Health Studies, Lvl 5 CPCAB Diploma in CBT, Master Practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping, a Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Supervision and EMDR Levels 1-3. I am an Accredited member of the EMDR All-Ireland Association and the BACP.(British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I bring myself to therapy, my clients are people who I build trust with, I believe I am never unapproachable and listen with empathy brought about by my own life experiences.
