About Connie Hansen

I graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1989 from the NAIT Independent Study Program. Since that time, I have enjoyed over thirty wonderful years in the Dental industry. I have held a variety of positions in that time, from working as a Treatment Coordinator, a Clinic Manager, a Regional Trainer, a Marketing Director, an HR Manager, Chief Operating Officer of Choice Dental Group, and now VP of Clinical Operations at NDC. I understand this industry and the value of a well-planned career path for our Team members. I am driven by a passion for our patients, our team, our community, and our practices. I'm incredibly proud of all the charitable events we have participated in over the years because I love giving back to our community. My goal is to make our practices the first choice for Dental careers and premiere Patient care. I aim to grow successful careers, provide quality education, train our Teams in the art of cultivating an exceptional Patient experience and create a hub for supporting Dental professionals at all stages of their careers. I am fortunate to say that I married my high school sweetheart, and together we have raised 2 beautiful children. If I'm not at work, you can usually find me working at our family food truck, making people smile at events all over the province.
