About Connie Klink

For 10+ years I have been privileged to serve in diverse roles innovating, developing, and managing leading-edge diversity and inclusion initiatives that empower underrepresented groups, women, and minorities. I am passionate about programs that help society’s most venerable populations and leverages individual talents to drive corporate and community success. My strengths include synergizing business acumen, processes/procedure optimization, and tactical methodology to realize efficiencies, cost savings, streamlined workflow, and accelerate organizational performance. Over the course of my career, I have developed expertise in special event planning, building high value relations with local businesses to create economic benefits for diverse communities, and continually improving programs/operations to maximize impact. Past select accomplishments include:* Spearheaded programs to low/moderate income immigrants, as well as refugee business owners in Santa Clara County (English, Spanish, Vietnamese programs). Drove program growth from ~20 to ~130 small businesses.* Advised 77 businesses in the certification/permitting process; 64 of which became Green Business Certified.* Generated 120+ jobs and executed 700+ short term financial literacy workshops. Built key partnerships with universities and local organizations to increase program awareness and impact.* Worked with women, minorities, and underrepresented groups (Hispanic/Latino, African-American/Black, Asian) to improve business success via counseling, training, and various business support services.* Assisted 900+ families and coached 200+ entrepreneurs in the Business Incubator Program, creating business and asset accountability plans.
