I am currently a licensed agent for Lake Shore Insurance. I am licensed for Property and Casualty insurance both personal and commercial. I have worked in financial services for over 22 years building investment products, researching strategies and using my extensive experience to improve each company I have worked for. After the reorganization of the financial services industry in 2008, I decided to use my experience to help people and families receive the best service to meet their insurance needs. In my past employment I was a senior manager in product development and project management in the financial services industry and skilled in market research, competitive analysis, marketing and technological development of financial products and services. I have an excellent background in developing client reporting, web applications and complex financial product offerings. I have managed large project teams within the bank and brokerage sector. My goals are always tied to balancing my career with my home life. I am highly motivated to keep each part of my life as exciting and fulfilling as possible. I look for challenges in all areas of my life and have always been rewarded for doing so. Specialties: My responsibilities have always required me to be a great communicator. To be successful, I had to build strong teams and create "buy in" from the members to accomplish our project goals. Strong communications skills were absolutely crucial in all areas of my job. I worked with almost all areas at both Key Bank and McDonald Investments including marketing, finance, legal/compliance, operations, technology, and executive in my previous position.
