I’m looked upon my peers as being an ambitious, driven and an outgoing person who’s only competitor is myself. My biggest strength is being to relate to people with my friendly disposition and see talents within individuals they may not see themselves. My greatest satisfaction comes from aiding applicants with the complete onboarding experience and watch them become an asset to the company. Help build their confidence towards being a successful individual. Thru my years as an insurance agent, it built my ability to relate to people with my good listening, effective communication and a passion to help people. This translates very well when it comes to recruiting by remembering names months after they've been hired or a story they shared at the time of our interview. I love what I do, and it shows! I deal with all walks of life and provide them an opportunity to flourish. I believe that a person’s attitude will determine their altitude. Quite often I’m thanked for giving an applicant a job, but I’m quick to respond that I didn’t do anything. They did!
