About Connie Swanson

I specialize in you. It is my pleasure to assist buyers in achieving their home ownership goals and in giving sellers the best possible outcome in their transactions. I take my job very seriously, knowing a home is often the largest investment one will make in a lifetime. My skills have been honed through years of experience - since 2005 in real estate sales, and in 2011 I added property management. I am familiar with the nuances of any real estate transaction: from buying and selling, to renting and investing. In the ever-changing real estate landscape, it is crucial to stay up to date on laws, practices, and procedures. That’s why I am committed to increasing my knowledge by attending various Continuing Education courses and acquiring specialty designations, such as those offered in Short Sales & Loss Mitigation, the rank of Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and have attained the rank of Broker Associate. I was selected as a Five Star Professional agent for multiple years, a title based on exemplary customer service, and awarded membership in the RE/MAX Executive Club.
