About Connie Vincent

I’m Constance Vincent, a nurse committed to quality care and patient advocacy, with extensive expertise in psychiatric and mental health nursing for patients of all ages. I have experience caring for patients in a wide variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home healthcare. I have relocated to Hawaii. I currently have a travel nurse position at Kona Community Hospital on The Big Island. I’m planning to stay in Hawaii and look forward to finding a permanent position on one of the Islands; and am excited to bring my broad skillset in the nursing practice to the area. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently sought to provide exemplary patient care, and have been honored by my peers multiple times as an outstanding nurse. I have extensive experience helping patients overcome addiction and aiding in the diagnosis and subsequent treatment of psychiatric illnesses. I’ve also served as a nurse legal consultant, personally discussing concerns related to patient care, staff concerns, and business safety with appropriate managerial staff. As someone who strives to continuously gain knowledge and utilize the latest techniques to benefit my patients, I’m currently seeking to further my education and obtain a master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing.
