About Connor Alderman

I’m a driven Finance student at Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business and an Honors College member with a passion for leadership, teamwork, and building strong relationships. Currently, I work with Sunrun, where I started as an intern in Hawaii and quickly transitioned into a full-time role. I’ve since recruited and built a sales team of 15+ peers from Michigan State, sold over $3M in residential solar and energy storage solutions, and was promoted to Team Closer to maximize conversion rates on high-value contracts. I was also selected to attend Sunrun’s 2025 Sales Leadership Summit, where I engaged with CEO Mary Powell and senior executives on strategy and growth. Beyond sales, I’ve gained customer service, operations, and event management experience at Polo Fields and Georgetown Country Club, where I developed leadership, scheduling, and safety training systems. I stay engaged on campus through Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Real Estate and Personal Investment Clubs, and previously as President of the Student Athlete Mental Health Association. My experiences across business, athletics, and community organizations reflect my commitment to teamwork, resilience, and continuous growth. I’m passionate about opportunities in finance, real estate, renewable energy, and business development—always looking to connect with like-minded professionals and leaders who share a vision for impact and innovation.
