About Connor Benoit

I am current student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, majoring in Finance and on the path to pursuing a law profession. My ambition is to attend law school post-graduation and leverage my financial expertise within the legal field to become a successful attorney. Over the past few years, I have honed a diverse skill set through various roles. As a restaurant server at multiple establishments for over 3 years, I developed exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling me to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. This role also enhanced my ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. In my 2 years as a sales associate at Pure Hockey, a hockey retail store, I was also able to develop my interpersonal skills and gain an appreciation for the importance of those skills when working with customers in a sales-driven industry. In addition to my professional experience, I am actively involved in Kappa Alpha Pi, a pre-law fraternity on campus. This involvement has provided me with valuable insights into the legal profession and connected me with lots of like-minded and driven students who also are interested in pursuing law as a career. I am known for my hard work and driven nature, always striving to excel in any role. My blend of academic knowledge, passion for people, and diverse work experience positions me well for a successful career practicing law.
