About Connor Brookfield

A graduate from the BBA program at Trent University, I am a hard working professional who has education and experience in multiple fields. I am always looking to enhance my expanding skill set that already ranges from business principles, to horticultural knowledge and construction, all the way to machine operating. After completion of my business degree at Trent University, my boss at the time, offered me a management position in the company to operate the landscaping side of the business. After 3 season of successful seasons, i decided to move on and develop new skill sets elsewhere. While working at Reds Garden Centre i enhanced my horticulture knowledge while gaining valuable experience operating multiple loader machines. In the off seasons I regained my relationship with Canadian tire while after 9 month was promoted to Merchandising Supervisor. Throughout the past few years I have gained valuable experience in multiple fields and look forward to enhancing my skill set further skill. Specialties: Customer service and retention of clients- a full season after moving on from landscaping I still help past clients who are interested in my expertise. Spatial design- Multiple seasons of landscaping, designing gardens and courses have have enhanced my overall design views. Coupling this with my past promotions position, is a contributing factor of my ability to step almost directly into a merchandising position with no issues. Management- Multiple seasons of managing a landscape company has led to the next opportunity of leading multiple people in a large retail store.
