About Connor Duffy

A competent and hardworking I.T. professional with a wide array of technical experience and a passion for technology starting at a young age. My passion didn't come to fruition until my A levels, having taken an I.T. class I started down my path into the technical world. Along with my educational experience, I have also had hands-on experience working in both; 1st Line roles, as a Microsoft 365 Support Administator and 2nd line roles as a Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor. I am a driven, forward thinking individual who can work effectively in teams of any size including on my own. I am a very efficient worker making sure that I prioritise important and time-sensitive tasks. I always like to keep myself busy making sure that I am constantly engaged in my work and seeking extra responsibilities if I've already completed my own tasks. Eager to further develop and refine the skills I already possess, I take it upon myself to constantly make sure that I am going above and beyond, challenging myself to handle more tasks and offering myself to those around me so that I can use my time effectively to assist and motive others to promote an efficient team.
