I'm an experienced professional with 10+ years of total experience (customer service, operations, project management, and product management) with 7+ years of product experience working on trading infrastructure, digital payment infrastructure and end-to-end digital solutions in financial services and healthcare. My experiences cover the B2B, B2C, and B2B2C spaces and some examples of projects I've managed include legacy platform decommissions, consumer facing platform migrations and consumer facing digital solution launches. I also have experience leading several enterprise-wide strategic initiatives requiring a high levels of collaboration, market opportunity analysis, strategic decision making and business case formation and presentation.
