About Connor Gowan

I am a juinor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University pursuing a degree in Finance and plan to use this degree to pursue a career in Wealth Management. Apart from a strong interest in business and the financial industry, I have found a passion for work that is both meaningful to my career as well as for the greater good. It is this mindset that has guided me to my career interests and where I believe I can find the most success. For the last four summers, I have worked as both an attendant, cook, and shift lead for the Centennial Grill. Through this employment and other opportunities, I have been able to develop critical skills such as decision-making, time management, and adaptability. Over the next several years, I hope to both build upon these as well as develop additional skills through the experiences I engage in here at Kelley and in the workplace. To capitalize on my time at Kelley, I am a member of the Charles Schwab Wealth Management Workshop, which provides opportunities to develop the necessary skills to succeed in the Wealth Management industry and to prepare members to take the CFP exam upon graduation.
