About Connor Graham

I am a Technical Product Specialist for the Google Team at Carahsoft, and I graduated James Madison University with a Computer Information Systems degree in the College of Business. My past work experience includes customer service and volunteer work. In my current role, however, I am learning: Order management and Sales processes, technical knowledge on all Google products and services, product demos techniques and tactics, technical documentation creation, utilization of artificial intelligence solutions, as well as billing and console management. Some skills I acquired in my education include Microsoft Excel, Java, C#, JSON, HTML, Python, and SQL Database. I also learned how to structure databases through the construction of Entity-Relationship Diagrams, and implementing this into code. Presently I continue to learn to better my writing, communicating, and presenting skills as well, as I believe in using effective communication to create success for those around me. Additionally, I was fortunate to be a part of the Computer Informations Department Capstone Project my senior year, where me and a team of CIS and School of Media Arts and Design majors built our own Office Hours and Scheduling management website as our contribution to the Capstone Project Competition. This experience opened my eyes to what technology can do for others to make their work, and their lives easier. Through my work and my career I strive to help those around me and learn as much as possible. I believe technology and effective communication advances business as well as improves operations and processes, and my goal is to try and incorporate this belief into all of my work endeavors.
