About Connor Griffin

Hi I'm Connor, I have worked with Lloyds for over 5 years now and have learned so much about fraud and how it affects normal people like yourself and me. I have experienced fraud first hand so when i am on call with customers i am able to understand their frustrations and will try my hardest to get the best outcome for them! I'm also currently teaching myself many coding languages to be able to work for an IT focused company, I have always loved the thought of being able to help others through the tech world and teach them all that i know! I have a huge span of knowledge when it comes to computers including building the computer itself! I have dabbled around with many coding languages including Python and C Sharp. I have recently been learning AI and how it can help us with mundane tasks! With how far AI has come recently it enables people like myself to jump straight in and begin learning! The main things when it comes to AI are prompts and how the AI pulls and creates text/images from what the user has typed into the given search bar. In my spare time I'm either increasing my knowledge on coding languages or working on computers i have managed to salvage from being tossed out, I thoroughly enjoy learning about different cultures especially Japan as its one of the most advanced countries when it comes to technology.
