About Connor Hayes

As a psychology graduate with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology, I am passionate about driving innovation and improving mental health services across the UK. Over the past seven years at Clinical Partners, I have grown from Assistant Psychologist to Head of Operations, to Strategic Partnerships Manager and more recently to Senior Strategic Lead - Service Design and Innovation. This journey has given me broad expertise in operational leadership, business development & strategy, service design, and building strategic partnerships within the NHS and wider public sector. In my current role, I lead business development initiatives focused on the NHS and public sector, spearheading Clinical Partners’ diversification strategy beyond traditional care models. I am actively involved in pioneering projects, including the national rollout of electronic prescribing (e-Prescribing) and integration with the electronic referral service (e-RS). Managing partnerships and growth across the South-West, North West, and North East regions, I work closely with healthcare commissioners and providers to enhance access to high-quality mental health care. My approach combines data-driven decision making with a collaborative mindset, focused on creating sustainable, patient-centred solutions that meet evolving healthcare needs. I’m eager to connect with professionals and organisations committed to transforming mental health services and advancing public healthcare.
