About Connor Heminger

I started at Office Depot right out of high school working part time and going to college part time. Within a few months I moved up to a full time position as senior sales consultant for the tech department where I was consistently top 5 in sales every week. After just a few more months of that I became the Customer Service Manager where I stayed for a couple of years. During the extended absence of my store manager I had the opportunity to run the store mostly on my own for several months with some support from other stores in the area. Soon after, I took on the role of operations manager where I was for a little over a year. In that time I lead my store to reducing our yearly inventory shrink by 77% or After my time as operations manager, I was transferred to a new store as Sales Manager for about 6 months where I helped my new team reach our tech services goal 3 quarters in a row during the COVID pandemic. I also helped improve the stores customer satisfaction rating from a 47% to a 67% in that time, while also making our overall sales goal in Q1. Eventually I became General Manager of my store and lead my team through a very successful Q3 where we have made our overall sales, profit, and total tech+print services goals. My main priority during my time as GM was focusing on our overall store experience. I had great success with certain map moves and aesthetic changes to the store, that, over time, improved our clients perception of our store. Since leaving Office Depot, I have continued along the business services industry path as I became an internal sales account executive for 4EOS. My responsibilities include hardware software sales where I reached record profits in my first year, account management where I review offerings for clients and do customer support, and I create proposals for potential new clients. No matter what role I have been in, I always find a way to be successful. I am a very driven individual who creates goals above others expectations and does what needs to be done to reach them. I work well with teams and have years of experience managing groups of 10-20 including other managers and supervisors. I love to learn and can do so effectively on the fly. I am used to fast paced environments where day to day changes in task occur frequently. At the same time my job also requires long term focus on company and self improvement, and I have frequently been responsible for training others.
