About Connor Lambert

HI! My name is Connor Lambert, I am from the United Kingdom and have taken up studying and competing on the Men's soccer team at the Junior College and University level entering my final semester Studying Strength and Conditioning with a coaching certificate. My first job was within the customer service realm working at a restaurant, I developed multiple skills through the various roles that I performed, some of these skills include problem solving, time management and teamwork. I had worked in the customer service environment for just under 3 years! After I had finished at my first career role I decided to adventure out to The United States of America the fall of 2019 where I enrolled at North Iowa Area Community College apart of the Men's soccer team which I captained in my second year! During my time at NIACC I graduated, developed friendships, learnt valuable life lessons and I also gained my next career role! For this role I was apart of the IT Tech Help where I was required to Install software, help with any IT issues. In 2021 I graduated from NIACC and transferred to Midland University in Fremont Nebraska! In the spring of 2022 I began my first internship at Anytime Fitness and began my role at the Midland University HelpDesk, looking to test myself in different fields to help me improve vital skills such as time management and problem solving. Through my internship I shadowed a personal trainer where I would help plan and administer workouts for clients! With my role at the HelpDesk I am in task of helping out with any IT issues, tech requests and general issues; during the summer of 2022 I transited into a full time position! In the current time I am now completing my next internship at Planet Fitness where I am planning workouts for clients and taking my own clients to train whilst trying to learn and improve to help me on my career path! Throughout my time in The United States of America I have competed on the Men's soccer team where I was a consistent starter in all four of my years and a captain in one, this is a great experience I will also be able to value and use to improve how I approach my development in my career!
