About Connor Lemko

I am most certainly a product of my genes. Both of my parents are professional medical sales people with impressive records of success. Since I was a small child, I have keenly observed their behavior and dedication to their craft. I have been able to see the importance of listening and reading people. Observing them in their professional capacity as well as in day -to-day life, has taught me the value of treating others with respect. I have also learned the value one’s time. I am a raw sales talent in need of proper training, professional guidance and an opportunity to excel. My current sale position involves face to face customer encounters on a daily basis. Some are well educated with product knowledge and others are complete novices. It is essential to determine their respective levels of knowledge in order to guide the sales process. It is important to work with customers with a sense of goodwill and propriety. To underestimate or overestimate knowledge is disrespectful in both cases. Matching the right product to the right person is the most rewarding part of my job. I enjoy sharing insight and direction based on the dialogue that I establish with each customer. They leave with a smile on their face and satisfaction with the buying decisions they have made. In the best cases, I have made a new friend that will return and make additional purchases. Sometimes they return with friends and relatives.
