About Connor Marwick

I received my Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Western Australia. Currently, I work as the Manager, Leadership & Organizational Development for TransLink, the transit authority in British Columbia, Canada, managing a team of 8 to deliver OD services to our people. My work spans across the whole enterprise and I get to touch on many different concepts such as succession planning, employee engagement, development, leadership, performance management, innovation, learning management systems, change management, competencies, assessment, surveying and analysis, workshop development and facilitation and training. My interests involve workplace culture, succession planning, leadership, mentoring, industrial relations, assessment and learning organizations. I am interested in further exploring and researching workplace culture, how it forms based on the industry, what affects its change and how to improve workplace culture to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
