QA professional with over a decade in the industry. From Video Games, SAAS, Mobile and Web Apps, E-Commerce, Finance and more, there's almost no challenge I haven't learned from in the space. Working as a first party analyst for ongoing single products through their maintenance and upgrades, or a third party manager organizing large scale test efforts for games or multi-million dollar apps across the world. Over the past 3 years, I've expanded my skillset into consulting for software companies looking to upgrade their services for the modern age, or bring their physical business online to better serve their customers. This ranges from providing analysis and solutioning for the project as it begins, to offering white glove service to clients through their UAT and post-launch activities. With a high specialization in process management and tools, I bring a continuous evolution mindset to every team I have the chance to be a part of. From project management to test case management software, organizational best practices, and resolving friction points wherever possible.
