With a proven track record in HR specializing in recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding for high-volume employers, I am now expanding my expertise as an Admissions Advisor / Recruiter at the Long Island Educational Opportunity Center (LIEOC) at Farmingdale State College. I am passionate about fostering inclusivity and promoting educational opportunities to diverse communities throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. At LIEOC, my role focuses on representing the center to prospective students, secondary schools, and community organizations. I deliver impactful presentations, distribute promotional materials, and assist students in navigating the application process. With a commitment to diversity and inclusion, I aim to enhance student engagement and support the College's mission of applied learning and civic responsibility. I look forward to leveraging my skills to contribute to the growth and success of our students and community partners within Nassau and Suffolk counties. I hold a Master of Professional Studies in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Sport Management from SUNY Oneonta. Additionally, I have experience as a Head Wrestling Coach at Copiague School District and Townsend Harris High School, as well as an Assistant Coach at Center Moriches Union Free School District. I am passionate about leveraging my HR, PR, and coaching experience to create a positive work environment and contribute to the success of an organization.
