Outgoing and analytical! Over the past couple years I have garnered experience in an array of ventures. Covid-19 has posed a large threat to my growth in my career, forcing me to make the most of certain situations that I had been given. From working in retail at Canadian Tire High River, to working in truss fabrication at Timber Tech Aldersyde, I experienced first hand the effects of Covid-19 on the market. These effects trained me to adapt to the constantly changing environments around me, gathering knowledge in certain areas before being forced to move on to other duties. During my time at Canadian Tire High River, Covid-19 was on the rise, creating an environment where I had to learn quickly how to deal with conflict from customers. It was also here that I learned the intricacies of customer service: how to help customers find what they need in the most efficient and helpful way. During my time at Timber Tech Truss Aldersyde, I learned how to work with a team as a cohesive unit. I gained a plethora of skills in the industry, including how to operate a saw as well as how to ensure production orders are met in a timely manner.
