People are my passion. As a Sr HR Business Partner I have had the privilege to support talented leaders (Hourly to VP+) to drive results in varying fields of work ranging from retail leadership to corporate marketing and product development teams. I pride myself on genuine connection and through the utilization of my skillset, I build trusted partnerships with the teams I support. As a trusted advisor, I leverage data to influence leaders on how they approach the talented teams they lead to ensure they are able to maintain a culture of genuine care while developing & challenging their teams to do the best work of their lives. Together we are able to win and achieve record breaking results. I am passionate about people strategy but also know when to get hands-on with processes or operations to ensure we are always moving forward. Developing and mentoring my direct reports, as well as supporting my peers, fills my cup and helps ensure I am contributing to the overall success of the broader HR team. I am also skilled in leading HR projects that are high impact and influence total company. I possess strong technical skills and have never met a challenge I could not work through using all the resources in my toolkit.
