About Connor Proctor

I am someone who loves to learn and gain new skills. My broad work experience shows my desire and ability to learn new things while still maintaining a high level of success in each job.As a tenant services coordinator for Monday Properties, I have gained valuable knowledge about commercial real estate. I have taken on many administrative duties, while prioritizing our tenants and any of their requests. I have worked for numerous buildings in both Virginia and Maryland within the Monday Properties portfolio. During my limited time at Auto Owners, I became one of the most productive and effective workers in my position after coming in with very little experience; I was in the top 3 for number of successful completed implementations and in reporting the most quality issues that needed to be further addressed. I also completed a 3 course designation, the Associate in Insurance (AINS), to expand my knowledge of the insurance industry.At MWC, I quickly became an expert in not only my position, but a second position as well, and started heading the training for the Shipping Coordinator position that I held.I am a quick learner with a strong desire to be exceptional at everything I do. I am also highly self-motivated. My ability to maintain a career while also managing my own rental property is proof of my motivation, as well as my ability to learn; I was self-taught on the rules and regulations of being a property manager and owning a rental property.
