With nearly a decade of progressive experience in the medical field, I have developed comprehensive expertise spanning clinical care, laboratory procedures, safety monitoring, and staff training. My background includes performing phlebotomy, measuring vital signs, and analyzing blood and plasma samples for hematocrit and protein levels. I have also contributed to inventory management, quality assurance, and educating donors and patients on health and wellness practices. In my current role, I closely monitor patients experiencing acute mental status changes, dementia, substance use challenges, and episodes of violent or aggressive behavior—prioritizing their safety and dignity while helping protect staff and fellow patients. I regularly assist with bathing, feeding, and escorting patients, and support nursing teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality care even in complex, fast‑paced environments. Recognized for my reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork, I have also served as a Designated Trainer and Safety Coordinator—helping foster a culture of safety and continuous learning.
