About Connor Roach

I recently graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the esteemed Farmer School of Business. During my time at Miami, I learned all aspects of business, which has prepared me for work post-grad. Miami taught me how to work in a team and be a team player, which is essential for the business world. During my time at Miami University, I was able to study abroad in Tokyo, Japan, Singapore, and Sydney, Australia. In these cities, I studied international finance and gained insight into the similarities and differences between the way countries do business. In doing this, I learned to step out of my comfort zone and become adaptable to the world around me. Our team at Interstate-McBee thrived with my contribution to auditing and data management, employing advanced Excel skills to streamline processes in the finance department. At Miami University, my academic dedication shone through, earning a spot on the Dean's List, and my passion for finance was further ignited by a transformative study abroad experience. With proficiency in financial analysis and a solid foundation in business principles gained from my education and internships, my ambition is to excel in a competitive finance role that encourages continuous learning and pushes the boundaries of my comfort zone. Currently preparing for the SIE Exam to strengthen my foundation in securities and investment knowledge.
