About Connor Rooke

Building a smooth transitional bridge between developing news skills and applying them into the dream job. In order to help people achieve their goals, they need to have the belief installed into them. The thing I love about working for Reed in Partnership is that's the start of the journey to help. Being able to sit down and have that human interaction. Finding out what the goals are for those looking to find work. Giving them the reassurance that we will help them with any short term or long term goals. Making appropriate referrals to local providers and external networks and wellbeing support for any mental health and physical barriers.I've lived in Southend for all my life and I see the potential this community has to offer. How giving it can be for opportunity. It's reasons like this why I aspire to continue with being a part of that legacy. With my strong communication skills, empathy and understanding I have the ability to build strong relationships with employers, local educational providers and voluntary sources. I consistently deliver and look forward to help changing lives for those wanting to.
