About Connor Russell

Geared towards STEM throughout High School, I graduated with NH Scholars and STEM emphasis. With that, I chose the mechanical engineering field where I have been learning and growing along my college journey. I always have and had maintained high expectations and pushed myself to achieve something better while capitalizing on opportunities even when they weren't so apparent. I am always looking for something to improve on so that I may continue to grow both personally and professionally as I navigate my way into a career. I value personability and kindness. I am constantly looking for ways to help others. From a young age I joined volunteering organizations such as the Hollis Brookline Rotary Interact Club where I was able to do community service and give back to those in need. Time is valuable but it was always well spent there. When I wasn't there I was usually participating in a sport after school. I played basketball, volleyball, and even managed the girls volleyball team at my high school where I developed leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork. I also learned commitment to something bigger than myself as I am always looking to help others. I am at the stage in my education where I am looking to combine my educational experiences with my intrapersonal skills. That being said, I hope to find a company that can appreciate and value what I can bring to their organization and vice versa. I am open to trying new things as I try to narrow my focus down in the broad field that is mechanical engineering and look forward to working with you!
