About Connor Soler

From patient care to customer care - now helping enterprise clients succeed in tech. I started my career in healthcare, earning an M.Sc in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University, where I focused on systems-level thinking and concussion recovery. Over time, I found myself drawn to the fast-paced, relationship-driven world of technology and made the leap from Healthcare to Software. Today, I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager at Mappedin, where I work with a wide range of enterprise clients to help them get the most out of our platform. Whether it’s onboarding, training, identifying growth opportunities, or sharing product insights back to our team, my goal is to work as an advisor and advocate for my clients, and keep their needs and experiences at the core of our organizational strategy. What’s stayed constant throughout my journey is a passion for helping people succeed - whether they are customers, or patients. I enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships and working closely with clients to solve problems, hit goals, and grow together.
