Background

About Connor Stein

I am an aspiring personal trainer and gym manager who enjoys connecting the dots: be it ideas from different disciplines, different lifestyle challenges, or working with injuries. I have strong technical/communication skills and an academic background in Exercise and Sports Science. My passion lies solving lifestyle problems be that advising in adjusting habits from eating, fitness to mental and communicating ideas and progression pathways to clients and members. I am able to empathize with people to better allow a more tailored engaging response from those I am assisting. My passion with management comes from a passion for the business side of the industry. I enjoy digging deep into the number and stats to see how and why a business or company is or isn't growing. A avenue I am to explore and develop in as my career progresses. I graduated in 2020 with a bachelors in sports and exercise science and am aiming to return to studies at the end of 2022 to undertake a Masters in Strength and Conditioning.
