I am passionate about being a leader for a company that is an employer of choice. As the President of Ashton Plumbing, Heating, Air, I oversee all functions of company operations. In this leadership role, I leverage deep expertise in the field to support our team of department heads in residential and commercial services, new construction, finance, and marketing. With an education in business management, combined with nearly a decade of experience running Ashton’s Residential division, I facilitate the strategic direction of the company, ensuring it aligns with the company’s vision and values. Prior to my role as President, I established and expanded our residential services team. Driven by integrity, passion and a commitment to excellence, I was responsible for growing the division from five employees to 45 employees in eight years, and increasing revenue from $0 to $13 million. A results-driven leader, I support our teams of professionals in delivering services with expertise and care across commercial construction and residential sectors. In the commercial sector, we know that our clients—who are primarily property managers and building operators—are working at maximum capacity. My goal is to make their lives easier by ensuring our teams do what we say we are going to do, on budget, on time, and through clear and effective communication. We aim to work closely with our clients as partners in the proactive, preventative maintenance of their properties, and in expertly guiding them through major capital replacement projects. Ashton has been a home service contractor for almost four decades, and my experience has taught me that a homeowner’s most valuable resource is time. This is why we focus on efficiency and exceptional quality. By engaging and retaining top-tier employees, we are able to consistently deliver premium service every time. As a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and chair of their policy committee, I lead our committee in lobbying government on behalf of business. I take great satisfaction in advocating for local businesses by communicating their concerns to elected officials.
