With over 20 years of experience in various IT domains, I am a highly proficient and versatile IT leader, currently overseeing the Nordic IT infrastructure at 3M, a global leader in science and innovation. My core competencies include network, server, database, managed services, and process management, as well as IT transformation, sourcing, and rare project specialization. I have a long-standing interest and passion in applications development, resulting in mastering over 50 different programming languages and platforms, from early Commodore machines and mainframe systems to modern PCs and Arduino. I am also a specialist in solving dead or stuck projects and problems with great success, by bringing in fresh ideas, attacking problems from new angles, exploring fringe and non-mainstream solutions, and utilizing my arsenal of past experience. My mission is to deliver IT solutions that enable 3M to achieve its strategic goals and create value for its customers and stakeholders.
