Graduated from Maynooth University with a BA International, in History and German in June of 2016. Upon completion of studies, immediately started working as a Technical Analyst in CPL IS, in the German Team, providing remote technical support. Moved to Vienna in March 2018 worked at 7 AG Tech as store clerk from April to December 2018. Completed CELTA ESL qualification in March of 2018 and proceeded to work as an English tutor at Berlitz Vienna from April 2018 - May 2019 before moving to Dublin and teaching at the Internation School of English from May 2019 -January 2020. Since February 2020, I have been working at Cognizant within the Google Maps project, having moved within the company from content moderating roles to the escalations triage team, moving to a QC and mentoring role within the team in addition to managing my own case work.
