I had been contracted to work in welfare services at Life Festival for 6 years prior to setting up 2Step in 2023. I felt that the time was right now and that I could help and provide the right, unique service, that both event management and festival goers need onsite. 2Step's main goal is to ensure that anyone attending a festival has a safe place to go if they need support, advice, information, are in crisis, or just need to detach for a time. We want to ensure that everyone goes home safely on the last day after enjoying their festival.
