I’m a Senior Manager in Health Consulting at EY with a background spanning healthcare strategy, hospital commissioning, digital transformation, operational delivery and entrepreneurship. I lead cross-functional teams shaping the future of hospital care, with a focus on clinically relevant, strategically complex initiatives. I’ve led the development of healthtech value partnerships, supported €300m+ hospital investment cases and investor engagement, and driven large-scale implementation plans for Ireland’s health system. My work centres on acute care and adjacent domains — including smart hospital infrastructure, go-to-market strategies for new health products and services, and emerging technologies such as digital twins. My experience spans consulting, provider, and start-up environments, delivering projects that integrate clinical insight with commercial, operational, and digital drivers. In parallel, I advise healthtech start-ups on commercial strategy and market entry. I’m always open to connecting with others working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, digital infrastructure, and system-level strategy.
