I am a Senior Finance Leader and IT Services Specialist, expert in developing and implementing complex financial and operational transformations for fast-paced Technology businesses to drive profitability. I am currently EMEA VP of Finance for Syniti based in London. Earlier career includes; Division CFO at Unisys in Washington DC; and Division CFO at Dell, initially for Dell Services Federal Government (DSFG) in Washington DC before moving to Dell Services Commercial in London. Leveraging my 20+ years’ experience embedded in the US and European IT services space I can credibly identify and bring the optimal delivery models that drive success. Across roles, I have led a range of FP & A practices to identify and create advanced analytical data content while driving major complex transformation initiatives through organisational restructuring, M&A and pricing. This includes delivering a strategic business plan to help Unisys rationalise and refocus their business towards more relevant service/technology offerings and reverse a multi-year decline. Additionally, I nurture executive level partnerships up to board level to align corporate policies with business goals.
