About Conor Hanson

I am a Data and Information Systems Coordinator in the field of Program Evaluation & Research. I support any and all data & research activities on diverse projects for clients supporting diverse communities. I primarily work with qualitative data, particularly interview transcripts, Likert scales, and surveys. I primarily help develop data plans and processes for projects, including data collection methods and processes, data security and privacy compliance (HIPAA & GDPR), data pipeline development, data cleaning, processing, and analysis, and data visualization. I enjoy bridging communication gaps surrounding data and utilizing data to support diverse communities and perspectives. I seek to learn from under-served and under-resourced communities and support their self-determined goals with data. Furthermore, I build internal data process and systems capacity such as data literacy support, consistent data practices and standards, data security tools and processes, and research new data tools to support both client projects and internal company capacity. I am proficient in Python, and comfortable in SQL, R, Javascript, and HTML.
