About Conor Keating

I am the Group Chief Services Officer in Vertice Cloud with responsibility for customer projects, service delivery, operations and the Project Management Office (PMO). I work with and support Clients who are undergoing Data Driven Financial Transformations and focussing on building and developing data driven advanced analytics specific solutions, assets and accelerators across AML, Fraud, Financial Crime and Regulatory and Compliance. I’m highly numerate with accounting and analytics qualifications and 26 years experience working for Global Companies, Large Financial Institution and for a number of Professional Services companies. I’ve transitioned from industry to consulting after developing specific expertise in Finance based on years in financial services and as a chartered management accountant and subsequently from FS to Advanced Analytics to maximise both my leadership and analytics capabilities. I have significant depth of experience in managing and leading data and analytics programmes with a solid history of accomplishments in executing business, data, and communications plans, creating operational standard methodologies, spearheading change and data initiatives. I have extensive experience working with C-level clients over the course of my career and I’ve led teams of c50+ resources and have experience in managing and controlling budgets. Proficient at motivating staff to peak performance and utilise team approach to drive organisational improvements and implementation of best management & data, work-flow practices.
