As an Operations Team Leader for High Containment Facility at Takeda Bray, Ireland, I lead a team of production specialists in manufacturing our oncology drugs that require high levels of safety and quality. I have over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, problem solving, and lean implementation. Before taking on this role, I was seconded as the Production Project Lead in the Manufacturing Sciences Department, where I was involved in the early stages of building the high containment facility. I also have a laboratory and sales background in the pharma sector, and I have upskilled to take on new challenges within the industry. I am passionate about providing our oncology patients with innovative and effective products while working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
