With over 12 years of work experience in various domains, I am a passionate and versatile leader who thrives on delivering value to clients and stakeholders. I have strong expertise in organizational leadership, operations planning & management, product ops, customer success, and account management. Currently, I am the Director of Account Management at ActiveFence, which detects harmful online content at scale and supports technology platforms and other entities to fight against harmful online and offline activities. In my role, I am responsible for the renewal and growth of enterprise clients across the US and EMEA regions, driving processes and workflows across the customer journey to ensure client success and to hit retention and growth targets. As a former US Army officer, I thrive in mission-oriented environments, and I am proud to be part of a team committed to making the online world safer and more trustworthy.
