An accomplished Professional Services and Innovation leader with extensive revenue generating experience. Focused on designing and driving customer innovation experiences, professional services projects and SaaS pre-sales opportunities. Deeply experienced facilitator with C-suite clients. Most recently lead Mural’s fantastic Professional Services Sales team. My team consistently delivered against revenue target; scoping and shaping how Mural delivered impactful product and services for our largest customers; bringing them the very best of platform, methodologies and new ways of working. Conor was an Innovation Consulting Senior Manager at Accenture’s Global Centre for Innovation, The Dock in Dublin. He is an experienced project manager and innovation strategist that collaborated with senior client and Accenture stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke innovation experiences. Formerly a Business Strategist within Accenture UK and Ireland Strategy practice, Conor has worked on large scale transformation and corporate strategy programmes across a diverse range of industries (Financial Services, the Public Sector, Resources and Consumer Products). His work has focused on strategic approach, plan design, mobilisation and delivery. This has given him considerable experience in project planning and execution, organisational & process design, and change enablement. Conor has developed strong capabilities in managing and designing innovation workshops, issue resolution through client engagement and collaboration, communication design and senior stakeholder management. Conor is the outgoing senior coach of the Irish World Schools Debating Team. Before working in Management Consultancy Conor was Auditor of UCD’s Literary and Historical Society; intern for United States Senator, John S. McCain; member of the Washington Ireland Program Class 2010; and former School Captain, Gonzaga College S.J. He has achieved International and All-Ireland success in debating.
