Masters graduate in Digital Media from Griffith College. • I received a second class honours jn my degree with a 65% average. • A course built around gaining a deep understanding in the ever growing and evolving industry of digital media, with the aim to gain the knowledge and practical skills to build a career in the industry. • My course allowed me to take a deep dive into the history and theory of the digital sphere which gave me a deep understanding of the area as a whole. This will help me project for future needs in the area. • The course also allowed me to design and build interactive digital products and experiences as well as gain exposure to different programming languages and creative platforms and software’s such as basic HTML and CSS, basic Javascript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. • The knowledge gained in this course can be closely tied to my undergrad degree which had a focus on studying the modern marketing environment both in Ireland and International markets. It also involved analyzing marketing problems in a business environment while developing practical solutions. Broad coursework covered and excellent skills gained including sales, marketing, project management and critical thinking skills. • The knowledge gained in this course can also be tied to my past sales experience where I gained extensive knowledge and insight into employment law and HR in the workplace, this knowledge was used to advise businesses and employers in a fast paced sales environment.
