Data analyst with a background in international studies and skills in Excel, VBA, Python, Pandas and SQL from the University of Denver’s data analytics boot camp. Self-motivated critical thinker with a strong attention to detail especially with regards to data. Capable of performing detailed and efficient analysis by utilizing background knowledge along with analytic skill set. Recently completed a project in a three person team using datasets from Kaggle, Python, SQL, AWS, and Tableau to create visualizations regarding the reliability of a variety of news sources. Additionally, tested several machine learning models to predict whether articles were real or fake based on specific source based criteria. Strengths such as analytical skill, collaborative engagement and strong communication skills make me a beneficial addition to any team. 2020 graduate of the University of Denver from the the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Graduated a 3.51 GPA as member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Experience in international affairs and development, as well as political lobbying and mobilization.
