About Conor McGraynor

I'm focused on recruiting world-class salespeople across EMEA for HubSpot, with a particular emphasis on the Nordic, Benelux, DACH and emerging markets. HubSpot offers comprehensive marketing, sales, and service software that fosters business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction—because what's good for the business should also benefit the customer. I graduated from Dublin City University (DCU) with a B.Sc. in Biotechnology in 2016. After graduation, I moved to New York, where I spent 18 months working as a site engineer on some of Manhattan’s newest and most prominent skyscrapers. Before returning to Ireland, I traveled extensively along the west coast of the USA and backpacked through South America. I began my recruitment career at Allen Recruitment Consulting and later transitioned to an in-house role at Google in 2019, where I worked on a contract basis. In late 2020, I joined HubSpot on a permanent basis, and I am thrilled to continue building my career with such an exciting company. I have a strong passion for team sports and have been actively involved in various sports since a young age. Currently, I compete in Gaelic football & Rugby with my local club GAA & Rugby clubs Westport and in the past played for a number of years on the Wicklow GAA Senior Football Team. When I'm not playing sports, you can find me climbing mountains, exploring new countries and regions, or enjoying a few games of Fifa!
