I am a passionate, detail oriented problem-solver with a broad interest and knowledge of the construction industry. In my current role as Project Engineer in the LendLease Life Sciences division, I am part of the management team for a new pharmaceutical formulation center, with a current budget of $500 million. I assist the senior project management team to meet cost, schedule, and design constraints, while providing daily support to superintendents and trades on site. My current role entails contract management of multiple trades, field supervision and verification of installations, as well as coordinating and facilitating decisions and negotiations between stakeholders. My previous employment in architecture, public works projects, and high-end luxury residential construction provides a diverse background that is translatable to a variety of projects and environments. I excel in lead roles, particularly when I see the impact of efforts in high stress environments. I also foster team building and impact and positively contribute in collaborative settings. I strive to achieve the highest quality results through effective management practices, efficient decision making, and decisive action.
