Working as an analyst in the software industry specialising originally in the financial sector and now focused in the Education space. Key skills and experience include but not limited to: Gathering requirements from business stakeholders. Producing functional specifications, business process diagrams and data models. Identifying impacted system use cases. Producing wireframes for UI specifications. Leading walkthroughs of functional specifications with business and technology stakeholders. Acting as functional requirements "expert" through the design, development, testing and release phases of projects and providing training to end users upon completion of solution delivery. Through experience, training and leadership, I have become an advocate and coach for Agile software development, including process definition and improvement, Scrum Mastering and team coaching. I have also championed the adoption and improved usage of Agile tools, to breakdown silos and encourage a collaborative, efficient and scale-able work place.
